Ad-Hoc shareholder/press release according to § 15 WpHG

TELES Group Results 2009: 
Revenues down on previous year, but adjusted to 'one-off revenue' almost
identical to last year's figures. Results continue to be negative but
operational losses almost halved compared to last year.

Berlin, September 8, 2010

Compared to the previous year, revenues were down in the continuing
business divisions. When adjusted to the 'one-off revenue' of 2008 and 2009
resp., which TELES achieved as a result of the successful sale of its 'Web
Hosting' business division in 2004/2005, the year-on-year comparison of
revenues remained very close to the previous year. The EBT continued to
show a negative result, but has been reduced overall by around 80%.
Adjusted to the one-off value adjustment in 2008 (around 22 MioEUR) to the
freenet shares previously held by TELES, operating losses (EBIT) have been
almost halved.

The key data of TELES continuing operations for 2009 (in accordance with
IFRS) can be summarized as follows*:

  - Revenues:  20.2 MioEUR (23.8 MioEUR, -15%),

  - Gross Profit:  8.5 MioEUR (10.9 MioEUR, -22%),

  - EBITDA:  -5.7 MioEUR (-10.6 MioEUR),

  - EBIT:  -7.1 MioEUR (-14.4 MioEUR),

  - EBT: -7.0 MioEUR (-36.8 MioEUR).

  - The equity ratio was at 22% on December 31, 2009.
