On 15 September 2010, the state of Norway has notified us pursuant to
section 21 para 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Asian Bamboo AG has
exceeded the threshold 3 % of the voting rights on 13 September 2010 and
amounts to 3.04 % as of that date (468,371 voting rights).
All 468,371voting rights are held by Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway)
and are attributed to the state of Norway pursuant to section 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
