Hamburg, September 16, 2010 - The Hamburg based shipping investment company
Vilmaris GmbH & Co. KGaA (ISIN DE000A0RAK01) has purchased a supramax dry
bulk vessel (57.000 dwt) on the 16th of September 2010 from Libro Doro S.A.
c/o Meadway Shipping & Trading Inc. for 33.00 Mio. USD. The ship was built
in 2010 by Qingshan Shipyard in China and will be taken over in April - May
2011. After takeover, the ship is chartered out to a stock listed Korean
logistic corporation for 16.475 USD/day for 58 - 62 months.
