NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of October 1, 2010 to suspend the trading with AS “Grobiņa” shares (GRZ1R). AS „Grobiņa” has failed to submit the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting held on September 30, 2010 till the beginning of trading session of October 1, 2010. To protect the interests of investors, the Exchange has decided to suspend the trading with company's shares until the submission of the resoluitions of the before mentioned shareholders' meeting.
