Securitas acquires security services company in Thailand

Securitas has acquired the security services company ESC and SSA
Guarding Company in Thailand. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 27
(MTHB 115).

ESC and SSA Guarding Company has annual sales of approximately MSEK 40
(MTHB 170) and approximately 1,400 employees. The company is focused on
guarding and has operations throughout Thailand.

Thailand has a large, highly fragmented guarding industry with manned
guarding seen as the principal part in safety and security.

In April 2009, Securitas established operations in Thailand and has now
about 400 employees and a growing operation, mainly in the area of
Bangkok. With this acquisition, Securitas will strengthen its operations
in Thailand both in terms of customer base and national coverage.

The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas AB as of October 1, 2010.
