Nykredit to issue bonds in pursuance of section 33 e of the Danish
Mortgage-Credit Loans and Mortgage-Credit Bonds etc. Act (junior covered
bonds). 

Nykredit will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX
Copenhagen A/S. The bonds will be registered at VP LUX. 

Final terms and conditions will be published in a separate stock exchange
announcement.
