according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on aap Implantate AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005066609, WKN:
506660, have exceeded the 20% limit of the Voting Rights on September 30,
2010 and on that day amounted to 20.14% (this corresponds to 5615924 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 20.14%
