On 4 November 2010 the joint-stock company “Latvijas Krājbanka” (hereinafter
referred to as Krājbanka) received the notice from the shareholder “Ratto
Holdings Limited” regarding loss of the qualifying shareholding in Krājbanka.
The shareholder informs that in the result of increase of fixed capital of
Krājbanka, the proportion of shares with voting right owned by the company
“Ratto Holdings Limited” has diminished up to 4.7% from the total amount of
Krājbanka shares with voting right.
