Upon the decision of the Council of AS "Latvijas Krājbanka"(JSC) dated 13.12.2010, Mārtiņš Zalāns shall be elected to the Board of AS "Latvijas Krājbanka" for the three-year term. The new Board member shall start performing his duties as of 29 December 2010.
