The office features a new branch design that focuses on world-class service with cross-functional personal bankers able to assist all customers with their financial needs. The office also includes a coffee bar, community conference room and a drive-up teller and ATM.

In addition to the Dover Mart branch, WSFS has banking offices in West Dover, Camden and Smyrna serving Kent County.
The WSFS Dover Mart banking office has extended banking hours. The Bank is open Monday–Thursday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. The drive-up opens at 8 a.m. Monday–Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. In addition, there are more than 350 WSFS ATMs positioned in and around Delaware providing convenience and access for WSFS customers.
