Both are newly-created positions.

Chavez will be responsible for leading PM Digital's search engine optimization team, including driving client strategy for new and existing accounts, as well as overall account management. He brings more than 10 years of experience in developing search strategies for Fortune 500 clients in the financial services, retail, publishing, consumer package goods and pharmaceutical sectors. Chavez's work at iCrossing helped the agency win the 2009 Forrester Wave report's "Best in SEO" award.

Iozzia will oversee the acquisition, development and retention of new clients for PM Digital with a specific focus on growing its natural search practice. He has more than 20 years of diversified experience in interactive marketing, web development, technology sales, and IT services. Iozzia will concentrate on expanding PM Digital's footprint into areas including consumer brands, travel/hospitality, and education.
