Reference is made to ‘Termination’ in the Terms and Conditions dated 14 June 2010 relating to DKK 2,000,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 28 June 2013 (the ‘Notes’).
We hereby inform you that Eik Banki Føroya P/F on 28 March 2011 redeems the Notes in full.
The Notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued, but not yet paid interest until 28 March 2011.
