SEATTLE, March 25, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Attorney Advertising. Keller Rohrback L.L.P. (www.krclassaction.com) announces its investigation of possible claims against Washington State payday lenders Checkmate and Cash 1, LLC, among others, for alleged deceptive practices related to payday loans issued to borrowers in the form of gift cards.

These gifts card "loans" are called "retail installment loan programs" and "revolving charge agreements" and are marketed as an alternative to payday loans, and result in borrowers paying excessive finance charges and late fees.

Advance America Check Masters
Cash AdvantEdge Money Mart
Cash 1 LLC Moneytree
Check Into Cash SuperPawn
Checkmate
