to sec. 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 3 May 2011, it would have exceeded the
threshold(s) of 5% by the addition of voting rights which it can
unilaterally acquire on the basis of directly or indirectly held financial
instruments and of voting rights pursuant to secs. 21, 22 WpHG and that it
would hold in total 5.11% (2965612 voting rights) in Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Am Tannenwald 2, D-66459 Kirkel, Germany, on
that day.
Hereof, the proportion of voting rights of UBS AG that can be acquired on
the basis of financial instruments amounts to 0.63% (364229 voting rights)
and the proportion of voting rights pursuant to secs. 21, 22 WpHG amounts
to 4.49% (2601383 voting rights).
Furthermore, UBS AG, Zurich and Basel, Switzerland, informed us on 11 May
2011 pursuant to sec. 25 para. 1 WpHG that, on 4 May 2011, it would have
fallen below the threshold(s) of 5% by the addition of voting rights which
it can unilaterally acquire on the basis of directly or indirectly held
financial instruments and of voting rights pursuant to secs. 21, 22 WpHG
and that it would hold in total 1.83% (1059452 voting rights) in Praktiker
Bau- und Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG, Am Tannenwald 2, D-66459 Kirkel,
Germany, on that day.
Hereof, the proportion of voting rights of UBS AG that can be acquired on
the basis of financial instruments amounts to 0.63% (364229 voting rights)
and the proportion of voting rights pursuant to secs. 21, 22 WpHG amounts
