and 15% limit of the voting rights on 11 May 2011 and as of this date
amounted to 14.29% (334,716,663 voting shares).

Finanzmarktstabilisierung, Frankfurt am Main, Germany informed us according
to article 21 (1) WpHG that its voting rights in Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt
am Main, Germany, ISIN: DE0008032004, WKN: 803200, exceeded the 15%, 20%
and 25% limit of the voting rights on 12 May 2011 and as of this date
amounted to 25.00000004% (669,433,324 voting shares).
