Mr. Larson comes to 1st Capital Bank with over 35 years of experience in community banking. He founded First National Bank of Central California ("FNB") in 1984. During his executive position as President and Chief Executive Officer at First National Bank of Central California, he was the leading force in the acquisitions of South Valley National Bank, San Benito Bank and Pajaro Valley Bank. In 1998 the holding company of FNB ("Pacific Capital Bancorp") was acquired by Santa Barbara Bancorp, where he served as Regional Market President.
