Leveraging WLA's more than 30 years of direct to consumer marketing experience, during the six-month engagement the firm will support CyberDefender senior management in the execution of a series of organizational changes related to its new strategic direction (see press release dated August 2, 2011).
Under the terms of the agreement, WLA will focus on helping the company improve its operating performance in marketing strategy and execution, phone center operations and efficiencies, financial procedures and collections, and data systems and customer database management.
