LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 18, 2011) - Stamps.com® (
The new integration will allow Stamps.com customers who use Teapplix to easily print shipping labels for all USPS mail classes and access online postage discounts for First Class Mail®, Priority Mail®, Express Mail® and international mail without ever leaving the Teapplix interface. Teapplix's web-based platform will automate shipping for Stamps.com customers by importing orders from various e-commerce stores such as eBay®, Amazon®, Buy.com®, and others along with providing the option to print a shipping label using the U.S. Postal Service® or other carriers.
Additionally, Stamps.com customers can automate the accounting function with Teapplix's integration with QuickBooks. The software features real-time tracking at the inventory level with profit and loss analyses. E-commerce retailers can now produce QuickBooks reports that detail what products are in stock, gaining visibility and control of inventory.
"The USPS offers e-commerce retailers a great deal on shipping with very cost-effective solutions," said Stamps.com President and CEO Ken McBride. "With Teapplix's shipping capability and real-time accounting features, shipping personnel can easily incorporate the USPS into their shipping mix and make on-the-spot, educated decisions that will save their business money."
