Dr. Jon Elion founded ChartWise in May of 2009 in an effort to advance healthcare through improved clinical documentation. He recognized physician documentation to be the cornerstone of accurate coding and that without precise documentation significant reimbursement compensation would be lost. This puts him in a unique position to see the healthcare industry from the perspective of a physician, trustee, and vendor.
