The Canadian Coast Guard would like to invite the media to the launch ceremony of its 50th anniversary in Québec City this Friday, February 3, 2012.
To mark its winter anchorage in Québec City, the Canadian Coast Guard will give Bonhomme Carnaval the symbolic key to the St. Lawrence Seaway.
