The Board of Directors of PCI Biotech Holding ASA has approved the annual accounts for 2011. Final annual accounts are in accordance with preliminary accounts published on 7th February 2012. The board has agreed to present the final audited accounts to the ordinary general assembly on 25th April 2012.
