The voting rights of BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York,
U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 5% on 01.
March 2012 and amount to 4.9172% (22,517,662 voting rights) as per this
date. Of these voting rights, 4.9172% (22,517,662 voting rights) are to be
attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.

The voting rights of BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc., Wilmington, Delaware,
U.S.A., in Deutsche Lufthansa AG fell below the threshold of 5% on 01.
March 2012 and amount to 4.9172% (22,517,662 voting rights) as per this
date. Of these voting rights, 4.9172% (22,517,662 voting rights) are to be
attributed to it pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
