Oldenburg, 21 March 2012. The Supervisory Board of CEWE COLOR Holding AG
(SDAX, ISIN: DE0005403901) resolved in its meeting of today to support the
dividend proposed by the Board of Management and to propose a dividend of
1.40 euros for each share eligible for dividends at the Annual General
Meeting of the company on 6 June 2012 (2011 dividend 1.25 euros).

On the basis of the current share price of 33.84 euros (21 March 2012,
12:10 pm, Xetra) shareholders will receive a dividend yield of 4.1%.
