Allegiant Announces Nonstop, Low-Cost Flights Between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and Orlando

SCRANTON, Penn., April 17, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Allegiant (Nasdaq:ALGT) today announces new, nonstop jet service between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, Penn. and Orlando, Fla., via Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), will begin June 21, 2012. The company, known for its exceptional travel deals, will introduce the new service with fares as low as $83.99* one way.

The new flights will operate twice weekly between Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), beginning June 21, 2012. Allegiant will offer the only nonstop, commercial jet service to Orlando.
