Employee representative resigns from the Board of Directors
Effective today, Marcus Kaber, employee representative of Netop Solutions A/S, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Netop Solutions A/S in connection with his severance from the Company.
As no alternate has been elected for Marcus Kaber, an election will be held, as prescribed by current legislation, to appoint a new employee representative to serve on the Board as well as a new alternate.
