Haibach, 9 May 2012. The Supervisory Board of Adler Modemärkte AG has
appointed Ms Manuela Kraft to join the Executive Board of the Company with
effect from 21 May 2012. She will become the fourth member of the Executive
Board, and will be responsible for overseeing global procurement,
logistics, supply chain management and quality control.
