Affitech A/S - Updated articles of association

Copenhagen and Oslo, 10th May, 2012, 2012-05-10 14:56 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Affitech A/S, (NASDAQ OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today announced that the Company’s articles of association have been revised as a consequence of the capital reduction published separately earlier today (Company Announcement no. 12/2012).

The new articles of association are attached hereto and will also be available on the Company's website as from today.
