On May 10, 2012, BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA, informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 4, 2012 its percentage of
voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5%
and on that day amounted to 5.13% (this corresponds to 63,046,335 voting
rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock, Inc.
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
On May 10, 2012, BlackRock Advisors Holdings, Inc., New York, USA, informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 4, 2012 its
percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the
threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.22% (this corresponds to
39,549,342 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Advisors
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
On May 10, 2012, BlackRock International Holdings, Inc., New York, USA,
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on May 4,
2012 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.22% (this corresponds to
39,489,417 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock International
Holdings, Inc. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
On May 10, 2012, BR Jersey International Holdings, L.P., St. Helier,
Jersey, Channel Islands, informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that on May 4, 2012 its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG,
Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to
3.22% (this corresponds to 39,489,417 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BR Jersey International
Holdings, L.P. according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No.6 in
connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
