Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 10.01.2011 regarding the subsequent offering of shares in TTS Group ASA. One bondholder have converted a total of NOK 1 000 000,-, to 107 713 shares based on the rate 9.2839 per share.
Subsequent to this conversion the remaining nominal convertible bond debt is NOK 111 845 000, corresponding to 12 047 200 conversion rights.
The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 42 414 197,00 divided into 84 828 394 shares, has been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.
