Seymour Siegel Joins the Board of Directors of Premier Alliance Group

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Jul 5, 2012) - Premier Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO), a professional services company focused on business and technology advisory and consulting services and solutions, announced today the appointment of Seymour Siegel, Principal at Rothstein Kass, to its Board of Directors.

Mark Elliott, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Premier Alliance Group, stated, "Mr. Siegel's past business experience in working with companies on strategy, operations, and mergers and acquisitions in addition to his detailed knowledge of public company compliance will provide additional perspective to the Premier team." Mr. Siegel is currently serving as Audit Committee Chair for Hauppauge Digital, Inc., Air Industries Group, Inc., and has served on several public company boards over the past 20 years. In addition Mr. Siegel served on the audit committee of GreenHouse Holdings, Premier's most recent acquisition, and will bring continuity to our ongoing collaboration. 

Mr. Siegel is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive, and a principal in the Business Consulting Group of Rothstein Kass, a top accounting and consulting firm. From 1974 - 1990 he was managing partner and founder of Siegel Rich and Co, P.C., CPA's which merged into the firm currently known as WeiserMazars, LLP, where he was a senior partner. He later formed a business advisory firm, Siegel Rich Inc. which eventually became a division of Rothstein Kass.
