NEW YORK, Aug. 16, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Champion Industries, Inc. Champion Industries, Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 16, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the ordinary shares of D. Medical Industries Ltd. D. Medical Industries Ltd.'s stock was suspended on July 26, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

NASDAQ also announced today that it will delist the common stock of Socket Mobile, Inc. Socket Mobile, Inc.'s stock was suspended on July 30, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.

Finally, NASDAQ announced today that it will delist the common stock of GeoMet, Inc. GeoMet, Inc.'s stock was suspended on August 13, 2012 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
