United Fire Group Board Declares Regular Dividend on Common Stock


CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa, Aug. 20, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of United Fire Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:UFCS) declared a regular quarterly dividend on the common stock of $0.15 cents per share at its meeting on Friday, August 17. This dividend will be payable September 14, 2012, for shareholders of record as of September 3, 2012. Our company has paid dividends every quarter since March 1968.
