With letter dated August 15, 2012, Allianz Global Investors
Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, informed us in
accordance with Sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 German Securities Trading Act
('WpHG') as follows:

'We hereby give notice in accordance with Sec. 21 para 1 sent. 1 German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that our voting rights in KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 140, 86165 Augsburg, fell below the
threshold of 3% on August 13, 2012 and on that day amount to 2.98% of all
voting rights of the Company (this reflects 1,010,100 of all 33,915,431
voting rights).

With respect to our voting rights, 0.06% of the voting rights (this
reflects 20,100 of all 33.915.431 voting rights) are attributed to us
according to Sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 6 of the German Securities Trading
Act (WpHG).'
