Mr. Rüdiger K. Weng, Germany, informed us that his share of the voting
rights in artnet AG fell below the thresholds of 5% and 3% on August 15,
2012 and on this date amounts to 2.20%, (124,100 voting rights of the total
of 5,631,067 voting rights in artnet AG). The entire voting rights are
attributable to Mr. Rüdiger K. Weng pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no.
1 WpHG; of this total, 2.20% (124,000 voting rights of the total of
5,631,067 voting rights in artnet AG) are attributable to Mr. Rüdiger K.
Weng via Weng Fine Art AG.
