Syntel to Open the NASDAQ Stock Market August 23, 2012

What:

Syntel, Inc. (Nasdaq:SYNT), a leading global provider of integrated information technology and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) services, will mark its 15th anniversary as a publicly traded company by ringing the NASDAQ Opening Bell on Thursday, August 23, 2012. 

In honor of the occasion, Syntel's CEO and President, Prashant Ranade, will be joined by the Company's founder, Bharat Desai and other members of the Syntel Leadership Team to open the NASDAQ stock market.
