Peab sells property in Espoo

Peab has sold the project Eventes Business Garden in Espoo near Helsinki. The
buyer is Union Investment Real Estate GmbH and the sale is in the form of Real
Estate Ownership Company, with an attendant construction contract. The total
contract amounts to EUR 62.3 million.
The project will be completed in summer 2014 and will include three office
buildings and a parking garage.
