JM builds Stockholm's highest apartment building

JM has decided to start production in the center of Kista on Stockholm's highest
building. The project is called Kista Torn and will be 120 meters high.
Kista Torn is a skyscraper that combines international features with quality
Swedish interior design. Occupancy will begin in just over two years and the
housing start will be reported in the third quarter of 2012. The project, which
has a very good level of reservations, will have 266 apartments with two to four
rooms and a kitchen. The building will consist of a total of 40 floors. All of
the apartments are tenant-owned apartments with glazed-in balconies and many
have a view of Stockholm that extends for miles and miles. The building will
also have a roof terrace. JM has chosen a facade of concrete and glass that will
create a varied, dynamic pattern.

“It is exciting for JM as a residential developer to build Stockholm's highest
building,” says Per-Arne Jonsson, project manager at JM. Since high-rise
apartment buildings are unusual in Sweden we have obtained expertise and
inspiration from projects in New York.”

JM also plans to build a smaller twin tower with an additional 90 apartments.
