Trols AS, a company owned by Kjetil Olsen, Chairman of the Board in Hofseth BioCare ASA, has today bought 10 000 shares in Hofseth BioCare ASA at an average price of NOK 3,98 per share.
Following the transaction, Trols AS holds 338 206 shares in the company, corresponding to 0.59% of a total of 57 163 858 shares outstanding.
