On 16 August ISS announced a EUR 500 million equity investment in ISS by Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (Teachers') and KIRKBI Invest A/S. ISS is pleased to announce that the equity investment is successfully completed.
As a result of the broadened ownership of ISS, Jo Taylor (51), Teachers' Private Capital Vice-President and head of Teachers' London office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of ISS A/S and ISS World Services A/S. Jo Taylor is also a non-executive Director at Helly Hansen and Kainos Software Limited. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, a BA (Honours) from London University, and has extensive experience in the investment industry, including more than 20 years as an international private equity investor.
