HubShout SEO Reseller Announces "Future Online Marketers" Scholarship Program

Applications accepted until November 30; scholarship awards announced by December 15.

Falls Church, VA, Aug. 29, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HubShout SEO reseller and online marketing firm, headquartered in Falls Church, VA, is pleased to announce a scholarship program designed to support online marketers of the future. Though the focus of HubShout's SEO reseller service is online marketing, the scholarship is open to students who are on the path to any type of business or marketing career that will involve SEO and knowledge of online marketing platforms such as pay-per-click advertising and social media.

Students who have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and are working toward a career in online marketing are encouraged to apply. A scholarship will be awarded to three students ($1,000 each). In addition to having at least a 3.0 GPA, each applicant is asked to briefly describe his or her career goals and list activities that demonstrate an interest in online marketing. The first application period ends on November 30, 2012 and awards will be announced by December 15, 2012.

Chad Hill, CEO and Adam Stetzer, Ph.D., President, co-founded HubShout in 2008. The firm operated out of an office located in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington, VA until 2009, when the HubShout launched its white label SEO reseller program. The firm quickly outgrew the Arlington office space and relocated to its current location in Falls Church, VA.

In 2009, HubShout opened a second office in Rochester, NY and has since hired a team of account managers to work closely with HubShout's growing roster of SEO resellers. As part of its SEO reseller program, HubShout offers a complete package of online marketing services and provides resellers with a white label SEO dashboard, twice monthly training webinars, a free email marketing tool and a library of sales collateral.

Following more than 3 years of success--meeting or exceeding every sales goal for the SEO reseller program--Hill and Stetzer agreed that it was time to invest in future generations of online marketers and SEO resellers. Stetzer benefited from a scholarship that gave him a "free ride" to Purdue where he earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 1996. He also received a BA Magna Cum Laude in Psychology with High Honors from SUNY at Buffalo in 1992.  Both Stetzer and Hill, who holds a BA with honors from the University of Florida and MBA with honors from Georgetown University, believe in the value of higher education and want to give back to the community by helping others in the pursuit of higher education.
