(OTC:MEXP): In conjunction with our final stages of restructuring which was announced last week, MEXP will enhance its growth with existing and future projects, both international and domestic, and has positioned AWS for exponential growth. MEXP has modified its transaction with Atmospheric water Solutions (AWS) in order for AWS to have access to additional capital, in order to continue expanding the company's infrastructure, inventory and growth.
"With the incredible growth AWS is experiencing the company has agreed to allow AWS to seek additional capital by restructuring our equity position which will ultimately enhance the value of both companies," said Mark Goldberg, CEO of MEXP. AWS has also been actively selling distributors in various niche industries such as medical devices, farmers markets, health food stores, water related companies, as well as solar companies. One such distributor placed an order this week for 3,000 machines yielding over $3,200,000 in revenues.
In the past two quarters AWS has been involved in a number of pilot programs that have now concluded resulting in positive achievements for the company. During the past six months the company has piloted a program with the largest office supply retailer in the US and has just received vendor authorization. AWS has done a similar pilot with its local school system and has had positive feedback from the city and is in the final stages of supplying all school administration buildings with its product.
The company has hired a two-time congressional honor winner for green initiatives who has sold two military distributors, one of which has already added all of AWS products to the GSA system as well as participating in a major military show this week in Washington. The other military distributor has already placed orders for delivery to Fort Bragg this week.
