Anderson and Ruben D. Fontanes to serve as members of its Board of Directors. Messrs. Anderson and Fontanes join the existing Directors as the Bank expands its Board from nine to 11 members.

Mr. Jason R. Anderson, age 40, is the owner and principal of Anderson Automotive in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Anderson Automotive is a group of national award winning dealerships representing the Toyota, Scion, Nissan, Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep brands. Mr. Anderson has lived in Lake Havasu City for over 13 years. Jason is active in the community and currently serves as a Board member of Havasu for Higher Education, the organization which brought an Arizona State University campus to Lake Havasu. In addition, Jason is an avid supporter of primary education and youth sports.
Mr. Ruben D. Fontanes, age 38, is a Realtor at ERA Matt Fischer Realty in Yuma, AZ, where he ranks as the firm's top producer specializing in residential, commercial and land listings. Ruben is a long-time Yuma resident where he currently serves on the Bank's Community Board. Mr. Fontanes holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. Prior to real estate, Mr. Fontanes worked as a Comptroller in the farming industry and played professional baseball as a pitcher in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.
