The share capital increase in connection with the private placement in Northern Logistic Propery ASA announced 22 October 2012 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of Northern Logistic Property ASA is NOK 38,925,641 divided into 38,925,641 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
