Christian Hassel has announced his resignation from his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of end-April 2013 and will resign as member of the Executive Board of Nordic Shipholding A/S as of end-October 2012.
The resignation is part of the agreement with Tankers Inc. regarding future management and administration of Nordic Shipholding A/S, as described in Company Announcement No. 8/2012 published on 9 July 2012.
Christian Hassel will be available to the Company on a limited basis during a transition period.
The Executive Board of the Company will henceforth consist of CEO Thomas Andersen.
