On October 30, 2012, Semper Constantia Invest GmbH, Vienna, Austria, has
informed us according to Sec. 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on Praktiker AG, Kirkel, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 24, 2012 and on that day amounted
to 2.58% (this corresponds to 1498187 Voting Rights).
According to Sec. 22, para. 1, sent. 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 1.89% of the
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1095661 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
