Pulsion increases Guidance for FY 2012

In the first 9 months of the current Fiscal Year 2012 Pulsion Medical
Systems SE, Feldkirchen, was able to increase its EBIT by 34,4% to EUR 7,0
Mio. compared to the previous year's time period. In the same period
revenue growth was 5,3%. As of October 31st, 2012 revenue growth stood at
6,3%.

In the first three quarters Free Cash Flow increased by 73% to EUR 6,0 Mio.
On 30th of September. Net Liquidity amounted to 11,6 Mio.

Regarding full-year 2012, Pulsion is giving the following guidance:

 a- Revenues EUR 34,0 - 34,7 Mio   (2011: EUR 32,9 Mio)

 b- EBITDA: EUR 10,7 - 11,5 Mio.   (2011: EUR 8,7 Mio)

 c- EBIT: EUR 8,6 - 9,4 Mio.       (2011: EUR 6,8 Mio)

 d- Revenue per Share (diluted): 70-76 cents (2011: 51 cents)

The publication of the interim report for the third quarter is planned for
the 14th of November 2012 before the opening of XETRA.
