Despite the weaker market environment, MOBOTIX AG ends fiscal year 2011/12
with an increase in turnover of 12%.
The fiscal year results at a glance (October 1, 2011 to September 30,
2012):
* Revenue: EUR81.6 million (+ 12%)
* Export ratio: 74%
* EBIT: EUR19.5 million (+ 2%)
* EBIT in % of total output: 23%
* Profit for the period (after taxes): EUR13.7 million (+ 4%)
* Earnings per share: EUR1.04 (+ 4%)
Winnweiler-Langmeil, Germany, November 12, 2012. MOBOTIX AG (ISIN
DE0005218309), a system provider of high-resolution and network-based video
security systems, announces the Group's financial results (IFRS) for the
fiscal year 2011/12 (October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012). Both revenue
and EBIT further increased compared to the prior year.
Total revenue increased by around 12% to EUR81.6 million (prior year:
EUR73.2 million) compared to the last full fiscal year (July 1, 2010 to
June 30, 2011).
EBITDA reached EUR23.1 million, which resulted in an EBITDA margin of
almost 28%. EBIT climbed to EUR19.5 million (prior year: EUR19.2 million),
resulting in an EBIT margin at around 23% for the Group. Profit for the
period (after taxes) amounted to EUR13.7 million. As a result, earnings per
share improved by around 4% to EUR1.04 (prior year: EUR1.00).
The Management Board of MOBOTIX AG will present all results relating to the
fiscal year 2011/12 in a teleconference on November 12, 2012 at 11.00 a.m.
CET.
