Ruric  AB's subsidiary, LLC  Litera has appealed  the rent increased proposed by
the  Agency of Management  and Utilization of  Historical and Cultural Monuments
(AUIPIK)

Ruric  AB's subsidiary, LLC  Litera has appealed  the rent increased proposed by
the  Agency of Management  and Utilization of  Historical and Cultural Monuments
(AUIPIK). In the light of that the building is not producing any sublease income
for Litera, Ruric believes there is no basis for rent increase. Hence, Litera is
disputing the significant rent increase suggest by AUIPIK.

The first hearing will be held on December, 06, 2012.
