The dividend is payable on 19 December 2012 to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members, Branch Register and Record of Depositors (ROD) on 10 December 2012.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members on the Copenhagen Branch Register will be closed from 11 December 2012 to 13 December 2012, both days inclusive to determine
shareholders’ entitlement to the dividend payment.
The last trading day to be eligible for this dividend on Bursa Malasyia and the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S will be 29 November 2012.
A depositor registered with the Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn. Bhd shall qualify for entitlement only in respect of:
(a) Shares transferred into the depositor’s securities account before 4.00 p.m. on 10 December 2012 in respect of ordinary transfers.
