Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 20 December 2012, 9.30 am EET
Between 13 September and 6 December 2012, a total of 27 700 Tieto Corporation new shares have been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2006C, and a total of 11 520 shares with stock options 2009A. Following the subscriptions made with stock options 2006C, the share capital of Tieto increases by EUR 27 700.00 and EUR 274 507.00 will be entered in the share premium reserve. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2009A, the entire subscription price of EUR 74 995.20 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. As a result of the subscriptions, the number of Tieto shares increases to 72 377 213 and the share capital increases to EUR 75 952 174.00.
The shares subscribed for under the stock options have been registered in the Trade Register on 20 December 2012, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 21 December, 2012.
The share subscription period for stock options 2006C is 1 March 2011 - 31 March 2013 and for stock options 2009A 1 March 2012 – 31 March 2014.
